Winemaker by day, volunteer firefighter by night (or day), Julien works with mature vines in 2 of northern Beaujolais’ 10 Crus (Chiroubles, the steepest vineyards and the birthplace of the rose we have grown to love here in Ontario, and Morgon, with the most surprisingly ageable wines). His award-winning wines have depth, complexity and the legendary fruity freshness this area is known for.
