Located in the heart of the Graves region, Château Cazebonne spans 42 hectares of vines spread across six plots with remarkably diverse soils. Gravelly hillocks, iron-rich sandstone, and deep clays create a mosaic of terroirs where Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and 26 historic Bordeaux grape varieties, patiently replanted, thrive. Jean-Baptiste Duquesne and his team cultivate the vines with respect for the land rejecting the industrialization of winemaking, preferring a more traditional, vibrant, and responsible approach. Wine making is carried out naturally, using indigenous yeasts, minimal sulphur, and minimal intervention. Each cuvée thus reflects the unique character of its terroir, the energy of the place, and the winemaker's integrity.
